Clearer definitions to improve customer experience

IKA-Werke GmbH & Co.KG is optimizing their product range and will thus make it easier for their customers to explore their product of choice. The more precise definitions within the product range will now enable customers to find the most suitable device even faster.
In addition to these measures the company will also phase out the “yellow line” of products. “Customers are connecting the high quality and reliability of the IKA brand with our ‘blue’ products. We could see a trend going from ‘yellow’ to ‘blue’ - in all product catagories. Therefore, the decision was obvious to fully concentrate on the ‘blue line’ product program.
This decision does not have an impact on the users, since most applications can also be covered by the blue line” laboratory devices.
Due to a clearer boundary customers are now able to find the product most suitable to them even faster. According to IKA, this simple selection, faster delivery and more comprehensive customer service will boost customer friendliness. IKA will adapt their modified product portfolio by October 1, 2009.
