- Onsite Customer complaints maintenance in Region wise (Installation, Calibration, Warranty and Non warranty service complaints, AMC and Repair). Prior Experience in lab instruments.Service is Essential.
- Daily reporting and updating to the Immediate Manager .
- If required Service Engineer has to travel any were in India for attending Service complaints.
- Good knowledge in Basic computer operation
- Should receive and register the Daily service calls through E-mails and Toll free numbers.
- Should able to give feedback and Online support for the service calls received.
- Interaction with Service engineers in all the regions across India
- Good Maintenance and organizing of in house service center.
- Diploma or Engineering in Electronics/mechatronics
- Minimum years of experience –3 years
- Specific Skills set – Hands on experience with Electronics, Electrical,ElectroMechnical, Customer interaction
