Sales Area Manager (Chengdu)

Tasks:
1) Responsable for the sales and business development in assigned area (Southwest China);
2) Analyze the market and make sales plan and strategy according to yearly target of the territories;
3) Achieve the company assigned target
4) Build strong sales team in Southwest China; assure fulfill team target; support with products knowledge, company sales strategy and sales skills; 5) Manage the dealers of the territories, build up a dealer network according to company guidelines and maintain the relationship with the existing dealers as well as key accounts in the assigned area;
6) Work with product management and marketing team to organize marketing activities such as workshops, dealer trainings; collect and analysis the competitors.
Qualification:
1) Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related;
2) 5+ years sales experience with at least two years experience in laboratory instrument industry;
3) Influencing Skills (Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Supervisory Skills, Motivational Skills, etc)
4) Strategizing & Planning Skills
5) Clear thinker
6) Integrity
7) Good English, speaking and writing ,good MS office skill (PPT, EXCEL); 8) Able to work under pressure and travel frequently
