R&D Electronical Engineer Thailand Proc



  • At least Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering
  • 3-5 years’ professional experiences in development of electronic circuits and systems for machines and/or laboratory equipment.
  • Good knowledge and experience in:
    • Design of high power motor driver, Familiar with MOSFET, HVIC, IGBT and IPM
    • Motor control, temperature and control of valves and pumps control. Familiar with field oriented control, vector control, modulation, PI regulator, current loop control, speed loop control.
    • Software language C.
    • Development tools: ARM-Controller, Keil MDK// emulators, debuggers.
    • Development of circuit/PCB design created with PROTEL
    • National and international safety standards and EMC.
  • Basic knowledge industrial automation
  • Conscious of cost and schedule.
  • Good English knowledge, fluent speaking
  • Willing to work independently.
  • Developing of electrical control systems for dispersing machines, mixing machines for the chemical, food and pharmaceutical industry with responsibility for implementation and attending until serial production.
  • Electronic development of hard- and software for machine controls, with responsibility for implementation and attending until serial production.
  • Design of schematic and layout, build-up and test of PCB’s, test of hardware and software.
  • Programming of HMI’s
  • Selection, supervision and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Preparation of costings at different design steps.
  • Work with given development tools in the areas of hardware and software.
  • Cost consciousness and schedule consciousness for the projects.
  • Research work, for instance on components or competing products.
  • Responsibility for the assembly of prototypes and their test evaluation.
  • Compilation of full documentations, keeping of project files. Supporting of technical documentations, e.g. instruction manuals etc.
  • Consideration of in-plant processes and standards (ISO, Milestones, IKA CI guidelines for software).
  • Work in accordance with valid standards and guidelines, e.g. the laboratory apparatuses standard, machine guideline, hazardous material guideline, EMC guideline, low-voltage guideline etc.
  • Implementation of hazard and error analyses.
  • Implementation of engineering changes.
  • Close cooperation with, and support of, specialized departments such as industrial engineering, manufacturing, applications engineering, service, purchasing.
  • Readiness to travel (e.g. to headquarter in Germany).
  • Readiness to participate in further training, to visit fairs etc.
